As the Managing Agent for Villages at Creekwood Homeowners Association, Inc. the current Declarant Board of Directors are seeking to appoint one (1) homeowner volunteer to join the Board of Directors as a homeowner representative.
Please take a moment to review the attached volunteer for Board appointment notice, blank volunteer form, and corporate transparency act informational page. If you would like to nominate yourself or another Class A Member as a volunteer to be Declarant appointed for the Board of Directors, please complete the form and return it to Essex Association Management, prior to the deadline date of Sunday, April 7th, 2024, at 5:00p.m.
