As the Managing Agent for Villages at Creekwood Homeowner’s Association, Inc. we are pleased to announce that a Virtual Townhall Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, December 28, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. Virtual meetings are open session for listening and/or viewing only. The purpose of this meeting is to provide homeowners and residents with an update on the development of the community, discuss Association financials, the 2024 Proposed Budget with a 35% Increase, and an opportunity for homeowners to present questions.
