The Advisory Committee is a group that provides strategic advice and support to the Board of Directors of a Homeowner’s Association. Though the Committee doesn’t have voting power or decision-making authority, within the HOA, their input and advice help the board to understand what the community is thinking and feeling regarding important matters.
